The Key Stage 4 (GCSE) curriculum at Box Hill School ensures that a breadth and balance of subjects are studied. We follow the intentions of the National Curriculum, but broaden its scope to guarantee that courses are constructed to suit the abilities and interests of our students.
Study skill courses are provided annually, in curricular time, and examinations are taken annually to measure attainment and progress. The curriculum is delivered through a ten day timetable, in 55 minute lessons, which allows all subjects a variety of learning slots dispersed across the two week cycle.
