Co-curricular

At Box Hill School, we constantly strive to produce well-rounded young people, capable of communicating with confidence in an adult world.

With this in mind, we provide our students with a number of co-curricular options to develop their interests, increase their confidence and gain a wide variety of skills for life. Our co-curricular options can be divided into broad categories:

Activities

Activities focus on encouraging teamwork, developing skills and interests, helping to develop an empathy with and interest in the outdoors and providing opportunities in both team and individual sports and activities. Read more...

Expeditions

We are keen to ensure that our students leave us having learnt to take responsibility for themselves and others, and to meet challenges head on. In order to achieve this, expeditions are an integral part of the curriculum in the first three years at Box Hill School, combining work with expedition skills. Read more...

Music

Music is an integral part of the life of the school. We have a choir, wind ensemble, string ensemble, numerous rock/pop bands and other small ensembles. We also host an annual Arts Festival. Read more...
