Old Boxhillians
We are in the process of updating our Old Boxhillians pages and hope to have these completed in the near future. The aim of the new website will be twofold; firstly, to allow old pupils (and staff) from Box Hill School to get, and then stay in touch with the school and each other; and secondly, for us to keep our records up to date, thus enabling us to send out invitations to events and reunions that are taking place.
So, if you are an old pupil from Box Hill School and would like to join our new website, please get in touch with Jemma Joyce, Alumni Officer.
We also have a Box Hill School Alumni & Students Facebook page, which you are also welcome to join.

Recent Reunions
1970s Reunion Weekend
Following on from the success of November's reunion, Old Boxhillians got together again recently in London at The Dickens Inn, for another evening of fun and nostalgia, followed by a BBQ back at Box Hill School to recover from the festivities of the night before! Luckily the weather was kind, the sausages sizzled, and a tour around the school brought back many 'happy' memories of morning runs, cold showers and circuits! Thank you to everyone for supporting this weekend, especially to those who travelled from overseas, including Australia and America.
1980s Reunion Drinks
A bustling Barrio Central in London was the venue again for this March reunion. Memories were shared, addresses swapped, friends reunited, and new aquaintances were made. Thank you to everyone for making the journey to London, and we look forward to organising another reunion in the not too distant future (in a far quieter venue or here at BHS!) Please contact us with your suggestions!
German Reunion
Box Hill School's inaugural overseas reunion in Hamburg, Germany at the end of November was a great success, with former students attending from the 1960s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s. A fun evening was had by all, and a first for everyone was the visit to IndoChine's Ice Bar where we were kept warm with cosy coats, hats and gloves in temperatures of -11 degrees.
1970s Reunion
On Friday 18th November 2011, Barrio Central in London was buzzing with Old Boxhillians! Around forty students and members of staff from the 1970s met up for an evening of drinks, fun and memory swapping. Many people hadn't seen each other for several decades so it was a great opportunity to catch up with old friends..."Amazing evening, everyone, thanks so much! Such a mix of laughs, reminiscences, bewilderment, recognition, jostling, shouting, gossip, nostalgia, old friends and new, I don't know where to start with the highlights!" (Louise McComish).
Thank you to everyone for making the effort to come to London for the evening, especially to those who flew in from overseas.
