Application process
We strongly advise that you visit a school before registering for a place, to get a feel for how it works. We offer a number of Open Mornings and School at Work Days, and you are very welcome to attend these. If you would like to see the school at a different time, please do call us and we will be happy to arrange an appointment.
If you would like to register for a place at Box Hill School, you can either download a registration form from this website, or request one from enquiries(at)boxhillschool.org.uk.
Please complete and return the registration form, and we will then get in contact regarding the next step.
Successful candidates are not selected on academic achievements alone, but we do ask all our prospective students to sit a Maths and English test and supply their two most recent school reports from their current school to help us with our assessment. Selection Day will also include an interview with a member of the senior staff team.
For overseas students, we can arrange for the tests to be taken under supervision without having to come to the school, although face to face is still our preferred option.
A number of scholarships and bursaries are on offer at the school, and information regarding these can either be accessed through this website or again, obtained upon request at enquiries(at)boxhillschool.org.uk.
